Construction of a production and warehouse building with an office and social part, along with land development in the general contractor’s system. The designed building is a two-story building in the production and office/social parts, and a single-story building in the warehouse part. The facility consists of three parts – a two-story production hall where cosmetics will be produced, a ground-floor warehouse area adapted for high storage, and an office and social area for employees. The building has a flat gable roof. The designed structure was constructed partly in a traditional brick structure and partly in a steel structure covered with sandwich panels.

Comprehensive construction of a production and warehouse hall with technical infrastructure in the design-build system. The main structure of the hall is made of steel, the walls are made of sandwich panels, the roof is made of trapezoidal sheet metal with thermal insulation, point skylights with a smoke exhaust system. The hall is equipped with 3 automatic loading docks. The implementation required the construction of an above-ground fire water tank. with a capacity of 579 m3, the facility has also been equipped with a ground photovoltaic installation.

Complex execution of the warehouse hall in form of the general contractor’s system. The main building structure made of steel, optimized by our designers. Due to collision-free usage of the object, the internal poles have been abandoned. The longest truss has the span of over 40m. In front of the building, the roofingwith projection of 16.5 m over the loading zone was made.
